Can I be my own registered agent in Missouri?

Yes, if you have a physical Missouri street address and are there during business hours. The trade-offs: your name and address go on the public record, and if your company is sued, the process server comes to that address — sometimes in front of staff or customers.

Can I use a PO box as my Missouri registered agent address?

No. Missouri requires a physical street address staffed during business hours so that legal documents can be handed to a person. A PO box or virtual mailbox does not qualify.

Does a Missouri LLC file an annual report?
